About The Chamber

Our Mission

The nation’s first nonprofit chamber of commerce built exclusively for foster youth — and the reason it has to exist.

Our Mission

To break the foster care to prison pipeline by providing access to local resources and opportunities that support aging-out foster youth — collaborating with leaders, businesses, and programs to prepare young people ages 16–24 to become productive, connected members of society.

Our Vision

“A world where foster youth thrive beyond care.”

No young person should face adulthood without a community behind them. We are building the network, the opportunities, and the family that the system never provided.

The Problem We’re Solving

Every year, thousands of young adults age out of foster care — alone.

No safety net. No network. No roadmap. At 18, most young people can still call home. Foster youth who age out often can’t. The Foster Care Chamber exists to replace that void with community, opportunity, and economic power.

Why a Chamber?

The Dual Commitment of the Chamber

Charities give. Chambers connect. We serve two sides of the same mission — the youth themselves, and the entire network of people and organizations fighting for them.

Commitment 1

Empower Foster Youth

Equipping foster youth with the tools they need to build independent and thriving lives after care, by providing training, mentorship, resources, and opportunities that prepare them for adulthood.

Commitment 2

Support Those Who Support Youth

Serving organizations, businesses, and advocates who work tirelessly for foster youth, through collaborative networks, resource sharing, joint initiatives, and other opportunities for growth, impact, and sustainability.
