Prohibited Activities

Foster Care Chamber of Commerce is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and our attendees include young people under 18. We do not permit campaign activity supporting or opposing any candidate for public office; advocacy for or against pending legislation or ballot questions; petition drives, signature gathering, or partisan voter registration; fundraising or solicitation for any organization other than FCCC, without written approval; solicitation benefiting a private individual, business venture, or investment opportunity; multi-level marketing or commission-based recruitment; sale or distribution of alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, vape products, firearms, or other age-restricted goods; collection of attendee contact information for resale or for marketing unrelated to your services; or any activity that is unlawful or requires a permit or license you do not hold. These limits apply to every exhibitor equally. Violation results in removal from the event without refund.
Is your organization any of the following: a candidate campaign or candidate committee, a political action committee (PAC), a political party organization, or a ballot question committee?(Required)
FCCC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and cannot provide exhibit space to political organizations. This applies to all campaigns, parties, and committees equally.

Many of our partners lobby or do advocacy work as part of their mission, that doesn't affect your application. This question is only about what happens at your table on October 24.

Logistical Information

We ask that all vendors provide / bring giveaways or swag for the event. This can be branded products from your organizations that is packaged as a raffle. Are you able to provide this?(Required)

FCCC Exhibitor Terms — Together We Thrive, October 24, 2026 Space is assigned by FCCC and is not transferable or sublettable. FCCC may reassign or relocate space as needed. Exhibitors are responsible for their own load-in, setup, teardown, and removal of all materials and trash. Anything left behind may be disposed of at exhibitor expense. Nothing may be affixed to walls, floors, ceilings, or fixtures. Exhibitors are liable for damage to the venue. Exhibitors must have and maintain general liability insurance. Failure to hold required documents may cancel participation with no refund. Displays must remain within assigned space and may not block aisles, exits, or neighboring tables. Amplified sound is not permitted without permission. Exhibitors must comply with all venue rules and applicable law. FCCC may remove any exhibitor whose conduct, display, or materials are inconsistent with the mission of the event, with no refund. If the event is canceled or postponed by causes outside FCCC's control, FCCC's liability is limited to the fees paid. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
Hold Harmless - I release and agree to indemnify Foster Care Chamber of Commerce, World Market Center, and their officers, employees, and volunteers from any claim, loss, injury, or property damage arising from my participation. I am solely responsible for my property and personnel.(Required)
Photo & Video Release - I grant FCCC permission to photograph and record my exhibit and staff, and to use those images for any purpose without compensation.(Required)
Teardown - I will not begin teardown before 4:00 PM. Early teardown forfeits eligibility for future FCCC events.(Required)
Setup - My display will be fully set up and my vehicle removed from the loading area by 9:30 AM. Late arrivals may forfeit their space with no refund.(Required)
Staffing - My table will be staffed by at least one person continuously from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on October 24, 2026. Tables may not be left unattended.(Required)
Youth Engagement Commitment - I understand this is a youth-serving event. My table will offer direct engagement with young people, not printed materials alone. Every young person who stops at my table will leave with something they can use. . . . a next step, a contact, an application started, or a skill practiced.(Required)
